Where are you located?

Maine :) I work out of a private, licensed studio in the greater Portland area. For privacy reasons, the address is given once an appointment is accepted.

Do you take walk-ins?

Not usually. But I may post walk-in availability to my instagram story. @milistjohn and @monsterslayer.ink

Are your tattoos handpoked or machine?

Machine. But I am looking for intrepid souls to test handpoked designs on. Please fill out my booking form and mention handpoked to inquire.

What kinds of ink do you use?

Color work: Eternal Ink. You can review the Eternal Ink Safety Data Sheet here

Black work: Allegory Ink Blak. Allegory Ink is Professional grade, organic tattoo ink. Made in the USA and 100% vegan.

Will you tattoo this image by another creator?

I would be happy too! But I do not tattoo the work of other artists without consent from the original creator. If you have an image you love that you want tattooed, please reach out to the original artist to ask for permission. They may ask you to pay them a small fee for a “Tattoo ticket”. By doing so you are supporting two small artists at once!

Will you tattoo this image from a popular and well known IP that is not the fanart of another creator?

Will you draw me a custom tattoo design?

I’d love to! Due to the volume of work, I will likely not be able to send you a sketch until the night before and the final design until I see you in person. Please only ask if you have trust in my art.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please:

1. Eat a good hearty breakfast

2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

3. Make sure you have a valid ID when you come to the shop
